It's time for my traditonal non-traditional Christmas in October post. Yes, I almost forgot!
For those of you who search for good reading to purchase for Christmas gifts, here are a few of my recommendations. I have read all of these. Tomorrow I'll suggest some I haven't read but will soon.
These come highly recommended, and I don't often say that.
Father, thank you for gifting your people with writing abilities. Please continue to bless these authors with many more stories to tell to honor you. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
I've read all but two of your choices and agree with your recommendations. There's even something for everyone on the Christmas list. :)

I agree: something for everyone. Bren, let me guess. You haven't yet read The Thirteenth Tribe and No Easy Day. I definitely recommend both. ;)

Close. I've read The Thirteenth Tribe--really enjoyed it though it's not the type of novel I usually read.
I haven't read Karen Kaufman's The Witch Tree yet.

I think you'll like Karin's debut novel, Bren. It's fully "cozy mystery", but it's interesting how she includes the occult and geneaology research. And it's a quick read on Kindle.
